Shipping and delivery
All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Holidays or non-business days of both Britain and target country are excluded from processing and shipping time.
The purchased goods in Britain and European Union are delivered using DHL Courier. It normally takes 3-7 business days after despatch and delivery time depends on the distance. However, during COVID-19 pandemic time delivery may take longer due to increased demand in delivery service, therefore, please allow additional 2-3 days. We do not deliver outside European Union countries at this moment.

Returns and Cancelations
If you would like to return or exchange your items after delivery, these actions are possible if package is original, unopened, any other way used or damaged. That means returned items must have manufacturer’s packaging and all manufacturer’s labels, also item must be marketable appearance (unworn or otherwise used, undamaged and without losing value). Moreover, package should include gifts if they were received with purchased items. We encourage you to return item within 3 business days after delivery, but no longer than 14 days. After returning the item, the money is sent back to the same account which was used for the payment. Money refund will take place after returned items are visually verified by our company. Verification might take upto 7 days.
Money for the shipping cost is not returned. We refund only price that has been paid for the goods.
We return money if:
1) product quality is not good which means that product was damaged during transportation or it needs to be repaired;
2) product has defect or does not meet its specifications;
3) product does not appear like depicted in our website (e. g. colour or model) and it cannot be replaced.
Although, we will not refund money if product was used or product was a permanent make-up device (machine).
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, email us brigit.slav@gmail.com and you will receive return/exchange form that have to be filled. Please allow upto 3 days for our response. This form must be added to the goods and returned to the address that is indicated on the wrapping. We recommend you send returned goods by registered mail. Our company will not be responsible for shipments that were sent to the wrong address, or that have been lost.
Deposits paid for any type of training are only refunded if the person has fallen ill, dead or other situations which are not reasonably foreseeable (force majeure). In any other cases, it is not refundable.
